My pet is picky about everything, but my senior cat was hesitant for the first day but now goes straight for it. Instructions could've been clearer, but figured it out quick enough. Happy with this purchase overall.

Been meaning to leave a review for a while — my indoor cat actually uses it every single day, which says a lot. Box was a little beat up but the product inside was totally fine. Will be back for more from this store. ❤️

Been through a few of these from other brands and my cat was hesitant for the first day but now goes straight for it. Delivery took about a week, right on schedule. Took off a star just because setup was a bit fiddly at first. Glad I finally pulled the trigger on this.

A little smaller than I pictured from the photos, still works fine though. Already thinking about grabbing a second one.
