Ordered this on a whim and my rescue dog took to it right away, no adjustment period needed. Ordered on a Tuesday, had it by the following week. Would've liked a carrying pouch included, but that's a minor thing. Already thinking about grabbing a second one.

First time ordering from this shop and makes walks with my boy so much easier. Customer service answered a quick question I had before it even shipped. Only downside is it took a day or two for my pet to get used to it. Glad I finally pulled the trigger on this.
