Wasn't sure what to expect, but my golden retriever gets excited every time I bring this out now. Showed up in great condition, nothing damaged in transit. Wish it came in one more color option, but not a dealbreaker. Recommending this to a couple friends with pets.

Been meaning to leave a review for a while — makes walks with my lab so much easier. Ordered on a Tuesday, had it by the following week. Took off a star just because setup was a bit fiddly at first. Better than I expected honestly. 🐱
