our cat actually uses it every single day, which says a lot. Would've liked a carrying pouch included, but that's a minor thing. Recommending this to a couple friends with pets.

This showed up faster than I thought and my tabby was hesitant for the first day but now goes straight for it. Only downside is it took a day or two for my pet to get used to it. Happy with this purchase overall.
